Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them — after that they are sent to our fulfilment partner and we can no longer make changes. Email peaksensoryhelp@gmail.com immediately if you need to change something.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked outer packaging — no brand name, no product description, and no indication of the contents. Your mail carrier will have no idea what's inside.
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — subscribe to our email list to be notified when that changes.
First check your tracking number (sent by email after dispatch). If your order is past the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement, contact us at peaksensoryhelp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Returns & Refunds
Yes — we accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect. See our Returns page for full details.
Email peaksensoryhelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first — we need to provide you with the correct return address for your order. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Once we confirm your return has been received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to show the credit — this is normal and outside our control.
