Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeakSensory at peaksensory.ca, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

Section 02

Eligibility — Adults Only 18+

PeakSensory sells adult products exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase adult products in your province or territory.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts if we have reason to believe a user is under the age of 18. Contact us at peaksensoryhelp@gmail.com if a minor has accessed our website.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Your bank statement will show a discreet business name — not PeakSensory or any indication of the product type. Contact peaksensoryhelp@gmail.com if you have questions.

Section 05

Shipping

Packaging: Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand name or product description on the outside
Delivery times: Estimated delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
Risk of loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns: Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
Ineligible returns: Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect
Defective products: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund
Refund processing: Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PeakSensory only for lawful purposes. You must not violate applicable law, transmit unsolicited advertising, attempt unauthorised access to the website, or reproduce and resell any part of our website or products without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on PeakSensory is the property of PeakSensory or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeakSensory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Your use of PeakSensory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
