Our Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Simple and no-hassle. We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will provide you with everything you need including the return shipping address.
- Eligible: Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
- Not eligible: Opened or used products — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened items, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect
- Defective products: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund
- Wrong item received: If we sent you the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately
How to Return
Starting a Return
Returns are handled directly through us — please do not ship anything back without contacting us first, as we need to provide you with the correct return address for your specific order.

Email us firstContact peaksensoryhelp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and send you the correct return shipping address within 24 hours.

Ship it backOnce we provide the return address, package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number as proof of postage.

Receive your refundOnce we confirm the return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important: Do not ship your return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed. We will provide you with the correct return address when you get in touch.
Refunds
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being confirmed
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product
Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to show the refund in your account after we process it — this is normal and outside our control.
